Where is the nursery and preschool area?
The nursery and preschool area is located at the end of the back hallway. Go past the KidsTown room and take a right.
How will you contact me if my child needs me?
If your child becomes inconsolable or unwell, the screens, located on each side of the stage, will display your child's security code. The screens are visible from anywhere in the auditorium.
Is there a private area available for nursing mothers?
Yes. In the nursery area, you will find a quiet area designed specifically for nursing mothers.
Do I need to volunteer?
Yes. We ask that every parent who has a child that regularly attends the nursery or preschool volunteer once a month.
Tips and Reminders
Please label all of your children's belongings.
We discourage parents from allowing their children to bring their own toys into class with them, as it is easy for them to be misplaced or forgotten.
All entrances to the preschool area are monitored before, during, and after each service.
You and your child will have a corresponding numbered security tag. You must present your portion of the tag when picking up your child...no exceptions.
All of our volunteers are carefully trained and screened to insure the safest environment possible.
Children are accepted into the classroom twenty minutes prior to service and must be signed in by their parent or guardian at the check-in counter. Children should be picked up immediately following the service unless paged beforehand.
Children are not accepted who show signs or symptoms of fever or any other contagious disease.
